(LESS IS MORE)

增加了案例讲解部分,通过WHY,WHO,WHAT,HOW四个维度进行拆解。

Subject: Need More Budget

Hi CFO,

We’re running out of funds for our project, and I need you to approve more budget as soon as possible. I understand you might have concerns, but please address this quickly.

Regards,

Jack

Subject: Request for Additional Budget to Maximize Project Impact

Hi [CFO’s Name],

I hope this message finds you well.

Our new project has already shown promising results in the initial phase, and we see a significant opportunity to expand our market reach. To capitalize on this momentum, I’m requesting an additional budget allocation of $20,000. This investment could help us increase our projected ROI by 15%.

I understand that this is a substantial request, and I’m happy to discuss any concerns you may have. Your support in this initiative would make a great difference in achieving our quarterly targets.

Looking forward to your thoughts.

Warm Regards,

Jack

Subject: RE: Follow-up on Action Items

Hi Arthur,

I'm very sorry about the delay in getting the bonus analysis to you. I've been really busy with end-of-quarter figures, but we’ve now completed the quarterly tasks, and I promise you’ll have the analysis by next Wednesday.

I apologize again for the delay, and I hope you understand.

Best wishes,

Helen

Subject: Follow-up from Last Week's Quarterly Meeting

Dear all,

Thank you for your participation in last week’s meeting.

As we all know, virtual meetings can be challenging due to time differences, technology issues, and diversity factors. However, I’m sure you’ll agree that Peter did an excellent job as organizer, and I was particularly pleased with the level of contributions from everyone around the world.

I am attaching the minutes with this email. Please read through them, and if you have any questions regarding the content or your follow-up tasks, feel free to reach out to me.

Best regards,

Sophia
